Please note that every item on the Site is handmade. Each item has a unique appearance and will not exactly replicate the item displayed on the Site. Stones embedded in the items will vary in appearance from the item displayed on the Site based on the natural properties of the stone.  Items cannot be returned on the basis of variation from the item as displayed on the Site.

By ordering and paying for an item from the Site, you are making an offer to purchase that item, which offer is subject to the following terms and conditions and availability.

By ordering and paying for an item from the Site, users acknowledge that they are the holder of a valid credit card or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to I Heard They Eat Cigarettes. I Heard They Eat Cigarettes reserves the right to reject any order made by a user. When an order is received by I Heard They Eat Cigarettes, the user will receive an email confirmation that the order has been received and that the order has been processed. In placing an order, the user undertakes that all personal information and details are true and accurate and that the user is authorised to pay for the item(s) subject to the order using the relevant credit card/debit card and that there are sufficient funds in the relevant account to cover the cost of the order. I Heard They Eat Cigarettes offer a 7 day exchange policy on all orders.

You will need to cover the shipping costs to return the item to us, and for the new exchanged item to be sent to you.

Once your exchange has been processed, I Heard They Eat Cigarettes will invoice you the return shipping cost to be paid before the item is dispatched. We offer one exchange per order. We will not refund any postage cost if you returned the product to us.

We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size or item in stock to exchange.
